Day 3 (17 Jul 10 - Day Shift)

Completed the following tasks for Parts Prep
  • Autoclave
    • BDT - Inprogress (Start @ 19:27)
    • Can start Batch 0RMA649 loads after BDT completed & pass
  • Parts Washer
    • Load 7 & 8 (0RMA649) - Completed & Wrapped
  • DHO
    • Stopper Hopper & Vibrating Chute (0RMA649) - Inprogress (Start @ 18:30)
  • Tray Washer
    • Please run a trial run before starting any batch loads. This is to ensure that the stream is back to normal. Doesnt need to run LKT.
    • 2 carousel prepared. (Carousel 4 & 5 for 0RMA648 Load 9 & 10)
  • Vial Washer
    • Please continue to monitor the temperature of the tunnel. Every 1 hrs until 00:00hrs. Record down the temperature data and pass it to Valan so he can send an email to LaiKK.
    • Please do CNS2 after montoring of temperature is completed due to change of HEPA filters.
    • Ask KokSia to completed the batchsheet for 0RMA648 Section D.
  • General
    • CNS1 for Parts Prep - Done [After batch completed]
    • Filling Stoppering Load (0RMA649) - Prepared. Please check before loading to Autoclave.
    • Filling Gloves Load (0RMA649) - Partially Prepare. [Only left gloves for Wrapping]
    • Please passdown to (Team A) Umah, ask her to get a new timer for Parts Prep from Sharlene (Redipen) due to the current timer drop into water.
    • Do not use the small diapharagm valve at Supervisor Office (2178). Found leakage while it is in close position.
