already printed out the HoldTime list.. but still need to improve on it..

woke up at around 3pm.. went out with Mindy & Rony to LotOne..

Bought the following stuffs
- 2 Wallet @ Wallet Shop (Me & Mindy - Same Design)
- iPod Touch 8GB @ Courts
- 4 stuffs @ Zinc
- Keychains @ MiniToons
- Make a Name KeyChain @ Gift a Name
- 2 watches (Casio & Adidas) @ Watch Thrend

after we finish shopping @ LotOne.. we headed to Sunshine Place for Hair cut.. ^^ and got my hair reboned..

PUB water supply burst when both line (Redipen & Remicade) is having filling..

Remicade line only started Aspectic Setup without trial run as we doesnt know whether our storage tanks and storage enough water for both lines usage.. somemore.. Trays Washer will be running and the usage for Tray washer is very high.. only around 1am.. den the Engineering Manager came back and nego with PUB ppl.. and we start our activities as normal..

both Redipen & Remicade is having filling tml..

yesterday went for OT to replace LaiKL.. funny.. both Harish & Leow ask me how come i here.. haha.. of cos come for work la.. Nothing much to do.. just do all housekeeping bcos there is audit today.. a very important audit.. as for batch related activities.. only need to load and unload only..

1st is Pawn Ticket.. expire le.. haiz..
2nd is going M1 Customer Service Centre to get all the numbers address changes & get the SIM card replacement for 97693353..

so i guess i gonna leave the house at 4pm to the Pawn shop 1st.. den take Bus 333 to IMM..

argh.. i need to get my nap @ 12noon.. so i wun feel sleepy when i going to replace LaiKL tonight.. hahaha..

Today woke up @ 8.30am.. make milk for Ryan.. surf online till 9.30am.. get change.. and bring Rony & Ryan to blk 473.. around 11.30am.. while bring Ryan back home to feed him milk.. LaiKL called and ask me to replace him on Monday to Wednesday (24-26 Aug)..

Around 8pm.. Me, Mindy & Joanne.. went out for dinner @ Sunshine Place.. reason.. to buy Milk Powder for the boys.. but end up.. Giant doesnt have anymore Stage 3.. haiz.. need to go LotOne NTUC and buy.. so we took Bus 300 to LotOne.. went to NTUC and buy 1 tins.. no choice.. havent get pay.. only can buy 1 to tahan until wednesday.. den Joanne wanna buy Royal mini cake and eat.. after purchase.. we went to Mac and have dinner.. bought 1 set of Happy Meal (Mindy wanna collect her year - 1995 de toys) and 1 set of 6 piece nugget set upsized.. (Joanne only want to eat the shaker fries).. den we walked back home..

Around 10pm.. Ihsan online MSN.. asked him whether he wanna work OT anot.. if he want.. i can let him take 1 of the day.. but he ask me to ask Monica & LayKuan.. so i decided to work all 3 days..

hmm.. Yesterday night only started transfer of active at around 4am.. haiz.. sure need to continue from Team D de.. As usual.. Faiz went to Vial Washer.. bcos he always say.. "I sign on Vial Washer".. so Me & Beth went to Parts Prep & start batch preparation for 9RMA612.. while doing post cleaning for 9RMA610 & 9RMA611..

Around 11am.. Filling started to have problems.. i also not sure what haf happen but.. the filling process have been delay.. every 30mins need to take 8 samples (from each needle) to compound for testing..

I'm quite happy today.. Guess what.. Both Me & Beth only.. we managed to run 7 parts washer loads..

Woke up at 6am.. bath den wait for Mindy and leave the house together.. hmm.. meet PeiJun at bus stop.. went to Mac alone today.. bought 2 meal.. =.= happy meal (wanna take the toy year 2008 for Ryan - My Darling BaoBei).. and my usual breakfast.. funny leh.. today eat so much breakfast.. but 12pm.. super hungry again.. 9RMA611 loads all completed except for partial loads.. haiz.. re-run 1 of the partial load twice due to some mistake.. but we still did quite alot of stuffs.. wat we was unhappy was.. FAIZ.. haiz.. he keep wanting to go Compounding.. but i'm not sure whether does he notice that the compounding team was also not happy with him..

Today.. we have makan session.. makeup for us.. (Team B, D and 2nd shift team for Redipen).. in conjuction of celebrating about something regarding Start of Remicade Commerical Batch Successfully..

Treated Mindy & Pei Jun @ Mac.. cheap cheap de la.. $2.50 de meal... haha.. after i finish my burger.. i went off 1st bcos i dun wan to miss the 1st bus.. even though i dun like the bus.. sit until so uncomfortable.. but i wanna reach company early..

9RMA610 have just completed yesterday night.. and we have already started preparing 9RMA611.. haiz.. you know what.. we need to get all the load ready by tml morning which is 21Aug.. bcos Filling team will be doing the Aspectic Setup in the morning..

Informed Harish that if we need to prepare all the loads.. Both me & Elizabeth cant go I&P and help.. both of us so happy.. ^^ 1st time both of us can together dun go I&P..

Guess what.. Me, Faiz & Elizabeth.. Completed all parts washer load.. and prepared most of the loads.. left abit of things like.. Gloves 2nd layer, FIT Filter Wrapping, Parts Washer Load 6.. Lyo Trays Frames, Tray Washer Load 3 to 5..

today woke up @ 8.15am.. OMG.. late le.. haha.. not late for work.. but late for Ryan's 18month injection.. MaMi overslpt at the sofa while waiting for Joanne to finish bathing..

Luckily we still not veri late.. still manage to get the booking queue instead of taking a walk-in queue.. Ryan was brave.. didnt cry at all when having his injection.. partly bcos the nurse do it quite fast.. After everything was done.. we took Bus 190 to CCK bus interchange.. and have our breakfast there..

Currently, Ryan is having fever due to the injection..


Ever since i started to work shift.. no time to maple nor audi.. wondering how is everyone doing.. really miss my maple / audi frenz when we maple / audi together.. I miss you guys..

today.. went out with Mindy and Rony.. but actually Rony doesnt want to follow bcos QiQi & TingTing is at home.. he wanted to play with them instead going out with us..

He also wanted to go play at the playground.. haiz.. tried so many methods to ask us follow us also fail.. but end up.. he finally give up.. haha.. he play till sianz liao.. nth much to play.. QiQi nv follow us.. so he play alone also sianz..

Took bus 172 to JP.. accompany Mindy to Samsung Service Centre to service her phone.. sound system problem.. den went for dinner @ KFC.. walao.. the queue so long.. bcos of the SingTel Topup card can exchange for something.. either drumstick, drumstick with drink or 2 pieces meal..but we still eat over there.. bcos he wanted to eat Whipped Potato and Frence Fries.. while eating.. Samsung SMS Mindy saying that her phone was ready to collect.. =.=

Went back to Samsung Service Center and collect her phone.. den we headed to the bead store.. though of making the Angels.. but cant find the beads that we want.. haiz.. went to Coffee Beans and have some drink and slacked there awhile before headed to take Bus back..

Guess what.. Me and Mindy go JP with Rony but we go back home with Ryan..

today our team only have 7ppls.. BoonPin still on CL, James on AL.. Ruby will be came in @ 10am to replace James..

Filling Team will be doing Aspectic Setup today.. but our stoppers load have only started at 7am.. =.=
As for Compounding Team, they still have to monitor the thawing for the Active.. Estimate around 11am then will be completely thaw..
As for us, Parts Prep, will be in the I&P hall doing Repack for 9RMA608. and send it the Partial Stoppers Load after the Stoppers Load cycle complete..

Harish have informed Filling Team that they can only start to setup the Manifold when Anuj have arrived.. When they will doing the Aspectic Setup for Manifold.. 2 Filling Needle Pumps (Pump 1 & 4) have problem.. Anuj have instructed Elizabeth to prepare 2nd set of Manifold.. and Filling Team will continue the Aspectic Setup with the 2nd set of Manifold..

Elizabeth have only start the Partial Filling Gloves Load (Manifold) @ 7pm.. around 10.30pm then the cycle will complete..
Poor Cindy have come back at around 11pm+ to teach Valan on how to setup the Manifold.. bcos Valan was on MC when the AngMo (Vendor) is having some training on how to setup the Manifold..

Elizabeth's daughter is pretty.. cant say cute.. bcos CUTE = Ugly but Adorable.. ^^

WTH.. 2 pawn ticket expire on 10 Aug.. haiz.. gonna waste money again.. wondering when can i remeed back all my GOLDS.. Mami wanna do some house chore so i bring Rony with me to extend the pawn ticket and Ryan was having his nap..

Took cab to Jurong East Ave 1.. to extend the pawn ticket.. haiz $102 gone like this.. then we took Bus 333 to CJ GLS building.. bcos Mami ask me to go Sony Ericsson Service Centre and check whether did they sell spare parts.. bcos 1 of Joanne's phone de battery cover missing.. Mami wanna buy bcos the phone is still in good condition.. just only the battery cover was missing.. after buying the cover ($8.55).. asked Rony whether he wanna go IMM and shop while waiting for Joanne to end work.. he keep saying wanna take bus.. so bring him take Bus 188 back to CCK and transfer to Bus 300 back home..
