A relax - busy day..
Today have our morning meeting for 1hr 30mins.. from 08:15 to 09:45..
Too many things to passdown.. too many EQP was down..
During Lunch time, the whole team, went out to Jurong Point (Swensen) for Lunch. JK treated everyone (11 persons including him costs $250.94)

Today assignment,
Me - follow up with E&M on Tray Washer, Autoclave & Part Washer issue.
Faiz - continue to do post cleaning for TS-176 (Parts Washing & Manual Cleaning), & CNS1 for Parts Prep.
Elizabeth & Rodney - follow up on Vial Washer/Tunnel, CNS2 for Vial Washer.
Dave & James - follow up on Lyo (1 to 3) & CNS1 for Filling Cluster.
Cindy & Darwin - follow up on filling conveyor belt cleaning & CNS1 for Filling Cluster
BoonPin & Maslina - follow up on SIP for Station 1 & 3

Completed the following tasks for Parts Prep

• Autoclave
• Filter Ster (Prog 6) - Cycle Aborted due to Temperature Deviation x2
• Filter Ster (Prog 6) - Inprogress (Start @ 18:18)
  Note: Passdown from E&M (YapKP), if this cycle pass, please run another cycle (Prog 6) follow up (Prog 4 - Empty Chamber), Leak Test & Bowie Dick.
• Tray Washer
• Leak Test (E&M Monitoring) - Completed & Pass (4cycle - 7 to 9mbar)
• Leak Test (after E&M Monitoring) - Completed (9mbar)
  Note: Passdown from E&M (XiaoFei), before start of Leak Test, ensure that the Tray Washer Loading Door is closed fully. After the door is close, continue to hold on to the close button for 5 seconds then release the button..
• Parts Washer
• Load 6 & 5 (Post Cleaning TS-176) - Completed
• Load 4 except Stoppering Station (Post Cleaning TS-176) - Completed.
• Sonication
• Filling Needles, Pumps & Nova Septum - Completed
• Surge Tank & Manifolds - Completed
• Manual Cleaning
• Glove cleaned, waiting to dry
• General Note
• Do not use any parts that was sent back from engraving - Passdown from J.K (Anuj)
• Ensure parts that was sent back from engraving gone thru the following cleaning
• Spor-Klenz
• IPA
• Manual Cleaning
• Sonication (3 cycle)
• Parts Washer (3 cycle)
