About Work
Elizabeth is on AL this week..

Poor J.K is on AL from 03 Dec 09 to 31 Dec 09 but he still got to come back to work whenever there's compounding activities even though he's on leave and no one to replace him..

Day 1 (03 Dec 09 - Day Shift)
Busy Busy Day with cGMP refresher training from 12:30 to 16:30..
Cindy is on Urgent Leave as her kids fall sick..

Passdown from Team C that we got to do Inspection for 9RMA637 as they got not enough inspector for yesterday.. haiz..
Need to continue with batch preparation for 9RMA639 which they have only started yesterday's night shift..
i'm gonna divide into 2 (Parts Prep and I&P).. Both side having some issue.. Parts Prep run out of Nylon Nuts for Filling Stoppering Load.. I&P need to clear inspection by night shift so we can start to do repack to 280 and send it down to wareshouse due to coldroom run out of space.. At the same time.. i received call from Lynn saying that we are using expire white vial tray for 9RMA625.. which give me another problem.. need to explain to Dominic (Acting Production Manager) about the process flow of I&P..

Informed J.K about the Nylon Nut issue.. which alerted Dominic as this will affect the schedule for the others batch behind..

Informed J.K about the shortage of space in coldroom as there will be another batch (9RMA638) coming out on saturday afternoon.. J.K told me to call anyone (which i called 5 persons including Joyce for paperwork) who can come back tomorrow and do the repack.. the repack got to be complete before lunch..

J.K came back today due to cGMP refresher training..
Day 2 (04 Dec 09 - Day Shift)
Busy Busy Day (Aspectic Setup / Repack280)
I&P is doing repack while Parts Prep is starting batch preparation for 9RMA640..

Dominic ask me to call the vendor and ask whether can he send around 10 Nylon Nut for us to use.. if not.. the next few batch will have some delays due to this.. Dominic speak to the vendor and the vendor agreed to send it on Monday Afternoon..

Repack completed at around 11.50am.. within our target.. but paperwork cant complete as Section E have already send down to PR..

J.K came back today due to Compounding Activities

Day 3 (05 Dec 09 - Day Shift)
Busy Busy Day.. (Filling Day / Capping Day)

Called Joyce & Umah back for I&P..
Manage to complete inspection for 3/3 & 2/3..
