About Work
Day 1 (15/16 Dec 09 - OT Night Shift for Media Fill Filling & Lyo Loading)
Was informed to come in to company and standby for Media Fill by company bus @ 2300..
Reached company @ 23:45.. so early.. Media Fill only will be starting @ 0200..
Shortage of Booties.. [ =.=||| ].. Went to Laundry Store (DC-15) and look for it.. but it's empty..
Checking of all Grade A/B Change Room.. empty also.. informed OldMan and control the no. of ppl going in..
Have some delay but still manage to end within the target..

Day 2 (16/17 Dec 09 - OT Night Shift for Media Fill Lyo Unloading & Capping)
Came in tgt with Team A.. Both Umah and Oldman informed me to come for OT..
But some changes in plan.. no Capping / I&P today.. will do when all Lyo Unloading completed.
Helped to control the Booties again.. haiz.. that was i'm doing for 12 hrs..

Day 3 (17/18 Dec 09 - Night Shift)
Attendance: Janie, Dave, Rodeny, Cindy, Darwin & James
Post Cleaning Day..
Do post cleaning for
- whole Grade A/B area,
- All Lyo Trays
- Load 9 parts washer..

Day 4 (18/19 Dec 09 - Night Shift)
Attendance: Janie, Dave, Rodney, Cindy, Darwin & James
Team B Makan Session
Continue post cleaning for all Lyo Trays..

Day 5 (19/20 Dec 09 - Night Shift)
Attendance: Janie. Rodney, Cindy & Darwin
Truth or Dare (Only Truth no Dare)
Continue post cleaning for all Lyo Trays, post cleaning for Filling Trial Run's Product Contact Parts.
