We planned that all go down to canteen and prepare for the party while Boon Pin was to accompany Maslina.. prevent her from going to canteen..

Went back to work today.. got called back by Harish @ 1pm.. to do route DCR (Defect Library) for signature.. as there's a CAPA for this & it's due on 25Nov09..
Lots of things happen again.. luckily still manage to complete everything before Anuj & Barjesh went home..

Lost our way to Orchard Hotel but still manage to reach by 7pm.. Lots of things happen..
& I won the 28th prize for the Lucky Draw ($200 Robinson voucher)
Took Dave car back home with Chong..

Thanks Filling guys for helping me in Grade A/B Parts Prep activities due to my leg pain..

Wake up @ 8.30am.. went to Rony's Kindergarden with Rony to buy his Uniforms & Book for his study next year.. On the way to the Kindergarden.. i slipped down.. injured my leg.. but luckily Rony is fine..

After buying both the item.. took bus 300 to CCK Bus interchange & meet MaMi & Ryan.. Took MRT to Jurong East and meet Trevor.. Saw Trevor and Trevor told us that HM told him that she have checked-in.. we was like (=.=).. & we decided to took cab to Changi Airport Terminal 2 and see even though HM have checked-in..

Day 1 (28/29 Oct - Night Shift)

Busy Busy day.. bcos it's Filling day..

Faiz & Dave went to Vial Washer, Me stay in Parts Prep while Beth went to I&P and do the Repack of 280..

Parts Prep nothing much to do.. just need to prepare Lyo Cleaning Load for 9RMA630 follow by LKT & BDT..

1st half was preparing all the training records for Dave.. and train some of the SOP on GOP and Batchsheet..

Day 2 (29/30 Oct - Night Shift)

Capping & Inspection Day..

Unloading started at around 2130.. and Capping started at around 2300.. Manage to start the Last Filled Tray before we go for our Meal break..

After break, we continue with 3/3 and followed by 2/3.. after 2/3 inspection complete.. J.K told us to stop since we have already inspection so much and somemore is in middle of the night.. he doesnt want us to tired ourselves..

Reach home, sleep till 1700 but still not enough super tired after inspection..

Day 3 (30/31 Oct - Night Shift)

Started Batch preparation for 9RMA632.. as the plan from me, Beth & Faiz.. we only planned to run 4 parts washer load.. BUT end up.. we run all load except load 4..

We completed preparation 4 loads (Lyo Cleaning Load - 9RMA631; Compounding Load - 9RMA632; Filling Gloves Load - 9RMA632; Partial Filling Gloves Load - 9RMA632) for Autoclave but we didnt manage to run all due to Autoclave alarm "Cooling Water Pressure Low".. YapKP did some adjustment to the Cooling Water Pressure Switch and need to continue to monitor for the alarm..

Thank James for helping us in Grade A/B Parts Prep..

Day 4 (31 Oct / 01 Nov - Night Shift)

Beth is on AL today with no replacement..

Today lots of Happy Hours.. bcos nothing much to do.. just need to do Unloading and Loading for Autoclave..

Enjoyed alot.. Especially playing Table Soccer with Darwin, James, Cindy, Faiz & Dave..

Today went back for Inspection of 9RMA631.. OMG.. so many people was called back for OT.. Me, Lay Kuan & Ihsan for inspection.. Monica & Zul for Parts Prep.. Really dunno what is their planning.. so many peoples.. somemore Parts Prep got nothing to much.. just load and unload..
