Day 1 (30 Sep / 01 Oct 09 - Night Shift)

Capping Day again.. need to takeover from Redipen I&P team at around 11.50pm before they end their shift..


Day 2 (01/02 Oct 09 - Night Shift)

Whole day doing Re-Pack 280.. lucky we come up with the idea & template for Re-Pack.. if not.. we gonna reopen both pallet that we have done.. bcos both me (2/3) & Beth (3/3) have extra vials.. (more than 18 vials balance)..


Day 3 (02/03 Oct 09 - Night Shift)

Filling Completed @ 19.47.. did lots of job today..
Post Cleaning (Parts Washer) for 9RMA623 - All completed except Load 9
Post Cleaning (Parts Washer) for 9RMA624 - Load 1 & 3 completed, Load 2 in-progress
Follow up with E&M on Tray Washer (FST) & DHO..


Day 4 (03/04 Oct 09 - Night Shift)

Beth is on AL today.. Steven will be the replacing her..
Faiz cancelled his 2nd half leave..

Steven went back at around 4am as there isnt much activities today..
Utility was down from 10am till 5am.. so we cant do anything in Parts Prep..
Capping having problem.. so we need to continue the batch activities @ I&P..

Around 6.15am.. went in to Parts Prep and run the following loads..
DHO - cycle completed for trial run
Tray Washer - LKT (but failed 3times)
Autoclave - LKT & BDT
Parts Washer - Load 5
