Day 1 (21/22 Oct 09 - Night Shift)

Oldman was on Urgent Leave.. heard from Umah that his grandma in malaysia is now at hospital..
LaiKL was on AL today.. heard from LaiKL that he is going back to Kampung.. i come and replace him..

Nothing much today.. but still very busy..

Parts Prep got nothing.. only need to run Tray Washer (Load 6 to 10 for 9RMA828) and Autoclave (Lyo Cleaning Load for 9RMA628)..

Vial Washer/Tunnel need to solve an alarm "Cooling Water High Temperature".. after solving need to run a trial run for the Shuttle door.. bcos of the last HEPA filter testing.. there always an alarm during the shuttle door open.. so we need to do the trial run to ensure and need to do CNS2 after the trial.. follow by LNC and preheat..

I&P need to do repack to 280 count carton.. after finish repack.. stop OPN, LNC and CLN..


Day 2 (22/23 Oct 09 - Night Shift)

DAMN IT.. toopid MONICA.. always like to complain right.. i wouldnt scare de.. keep complain bah.. soon people will know you are a super COMPLAIN QUEEN.. small things also like to COMPLAIN.. you wan i passdown to you.. go get yourself a QUALIFIED INSPECTOR..

Elizabeth is on MC today.. Ihsan called and ask to takeover vial washer as the filling in still on-going..

Dave went up to Vial Washer as he need to be trained.. BUT Harish told him not to go in.. F**Ker..
Team D.. my tolerance is getting limited.. you all want i can start shoot email..

Faiz went back on 2nd half bcos he need to attend ERT Training in the morning from 8am to 4.30pm.. and he will be in by 10am..

Nothing much today.. only need to handle Vial Washer and Post Cleaning for 9RMA630 when filling complete..
Information from J.K that we doesnt need to batch preparation as E&M is going to do calibration on Lyo 1 and Lyo 2 is

Day 3 (23/24 Oct 09 - Night Shift)

before i leave the house.. Cindy called and ask whether i need any helper/s as Elizabeth is on MC while we are starting batch preparation for 9RMA631.. so i called Albert to come back.. bcos Umah is having lesson, all Team C have already come back on the morning.. i didnt call Ricardo or LaiKL bcos LaiKL went back Kampung and Ricardo is still new.. if i was to called him and train him.. i'm giving myself more thing to do..

Elizabeth was back today.. Informed her about the complain.. also told her.. if the passdown was meant for everyone.. everyone should gather a place and passdown together.. just like what Redipen is doing..

Nothing much today.. Mainly was doing training for Dave.. and close mostly all of the SOP records..
