Day 1 (21/22 Oct 09 - Night Shift)

Oldman was on Urgent Leave.. heard from Umah that his grandma in malaysia is now at hospital..
LaiKL was on AL today.. heard from LaiKL that he is going back to Kampung.. i come and replace him..

Nothing much today.. but still very busy..

Parts Prep got nothing.. only need to run Tray Washer (Load 6 to 10 for 9RMA828) and Autoclave (Lyo Cleaning Load for 9RMA628)..

Vial Washer/Tunnel need to solve an alarm "Cooling Water High Temperature".. after solving need to run a trial run for the Shuttle door.. bcos of the last HEPA filter testing.. there always an alarm during the shuttle door open.. so we need to do the trial run to ensure and need to do CNS2 after the trial.. follow by LNC and preheat..

I&P need to do repack to 280 count carton.. after finish repack.. stop OPN, LNC and CLN..


Day 2 (22/23 Oct 09 - Night Shift)

DAMN IT.. toopid MONICA.. always like to complain right.. i wouldnt scare de.. keep complain bah.. soon people will know you are a super COMPLAIN QUEEN.. small things also like to COMPLAIN.. you wan i passdown to you.. go get yourself a QUALIFIED INSPECTOR..

Elizabeth is on MC today.. Ihsan called and ask to takeover vial washer as the filling in still on-going..

Dave went up to Vial Washer as he need to be trained.. BUT Harish told him not to go in.. F**Ker..
Team D.. my tolerance is getting limited.. you all want i can start shoot email..

Faiz went back on 2nd half bcos he need to attend ERT Training in the morning from 8am to 4.30pm.. and he will be in by 10am..

Nothing much today.. only need to handle Vial Washer and Post Cleaning for 9RMA630 when filling complete..
Information from J.K that we doesnt need to batch preparation as E&M is going to do calibration on Lyo 1 and Lyo 2 is

before i leave the house.. Cindy called and ask whether i need any helper/s as Elizabeth is on MC while we are starting batch preparation for 9RMA631.. so i called Albert to come back.. bcos Umah is having lesson, all Team C have already come back on the morning.. i didnt call Ricardo or LaiKL bcos LaiKL went back Kampung and Ricardo is still new.. if i was to called him and train him.. i'm giving myself more thing to do..

Elizabeth was back today.. Informed her about the complain.. also told her.. if the passdown was meant for everyone.. everyone should gather a place and passdown together.. just like what Redipen is doing..

Nothing much today.. Mainly was doing training for Dave.. and close mostly all of the SOP records..

Today went to Jurong Point with MaMi, Rony & Ryan.. Went to KFC for our Lunch.. shop around Jurong Point and went to FairPrice Xtra.. After shopping.. Took MRT back to CCK.. MaMi bring Ryan home while Rony followed me stay at LotOne and wait for HM & Trevor..

While waiting for HM & Trevor.. headed to 5th level de Roof Garden.. Rony keep saying he want to play water.. but i never bring his extra clothes.. so i told him to wait until HM arrived and we go buy extra clothes for him so that he can play the water.. he angried and keep wanting me to carry him.. so i went to Kiddy Palace and buy a pram.. a cheap and light pram which cost $33.. reason for buying also scare that he want to sleep..

HM & Trevor arrive.. we went to buy Ice's Birthday present.. after buying.. we went to 1st level.. buy Rony's extra clothes.. at the same time bought 1set for Ryan too.. twin clothing.. then we headed to B1 and look for some other things.. Bought an ice-cream and headed to 5th level for Rony to play water..

After that we walked home while Trevor took Bus 985 home..

Wake up at around 9:30am.. Bath and prepare for Zoo Trip.. Left the house @ 11:55am.. bcos MaMi told her friend to meet at the Bus-Stop.. Took cab to SGZ with MaMi, Rony, Ryan & Auntie AhLian (MaMi's Friend)..

Today weather was sunny.. Luckily i bought my Converse Cap with me.. The place was so crowded.. So many AngMo and Indian people..

I enjoyed at the Butterfly Place (it's named Flight Area or something).. Saw the Ring Tailed Lemurs right infront of us.. following the zoo-keeper wherever he go bcos of the pail that he is carrying.. The zoo-keeper place a bunch of food at a tree for an animal.. but the Ring Tailed Lemurs climb up and choose banana to eat from that animal food..

When we walked near AhMeng Restauant.. there is Orang Utans.. Saw a new-born Orang Utan learning how to hold the string above the head without anything at the legs..

Wake up early in the morning.. nothing much to do.. just need to look after Rony & Ryan bcos MaMi went to Sunday Flea Market and sell some of her stuffs..

Argh.. House got nothing to eat.. haiz.. waited for HM & Trevor to wake up & headed to Sunshine Place for our Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner.. bcos they wake up @ 3pm..

MaMi told me that she & her friend is going to SZG today.. bcos the free ticket is expiring on 31 Oct.. asked me & HM.. but HM told her that she is going out with Trevor & co...

Day 1 (14 Oct 09 - Day Shift)
Busy Busy Busy..

1st half of the day was busy with Parts Prep.. Complete the Compounding Load, Filling Stoppering Load, CNS1 for Parts Prep, Soaking of Product Contact Parts from 9RMA626..

2nd half of the day was busy with I&P.. do I&P until we didnt manage to do the passdown..

J.K informed us 2 good news.. Plan as Below..
13Nov - Team Building.. Team D that is working night shift will be release early on 00:30 so that they can attend the Team Building in the morning.. But they might need to come back and work on 02:00 by cab if there's activities on-going.. For my team..

20Nov - Annual Dinner & Dance.. Team D that is working day shift will going off early with the normal shift but need to work the next day still need to work as normal (8am to 8pm).. As for my team.. we will have the night off on 20Nov.. and come back to work as normal (8pm to 8am)..

Damn disappointed with Parts Prep Personnels.. 40 Sterile Pens was received on 30 Sep 09.. BUT now.. Big Cabinet only left 14 Sterile Pens..

Day 2 (15 Oct 09 - Day Shift)
Busy Busy Busy..

1st half of the day was busy with Parts Prep.. Complete the Filling Gloves Load, Lyo Tray Frames Load, Tray Washer Load..

2nd half of the day was busy with I&P.. Repack 280 for all Non-Segragate Vials. EOL for all Segragate Vials (TRID #660922)... Elizabeth went off early bcos her hubby called and inform her that her daughter was having fever.. J.K also went off earlier.. Cindy got to help J.K to send PassDown..

Sent an email to all Supervisor, all Parts Prep Team Leaders, Adeline Chan and Barjesh about the Sterile Pens..

We formed our table.. Me, Elizabeth, Cindy, James, Darwin, Rodney, BoonPin, Chong, JenniferNg & Maslina..
Day 3 (16 Oct 09 - Day Shift)

Today the company was so empty.. No company bus from CCK so we got to take transport from Jurong East..

J.K bought some indian cookie for us.. all made by his wife.. very nice wor.. we finish all the cookies that he bring for us.. Thanks J.K..

Walao.. CWQ spoil market sia.. People do OD280 1.5hr to 2hr.. he done in 1hr..
J.K wanted us to start batch preparation for 9RMA628.. So me & Faiz went to Parts Prep. Beth went to stock up all the consumable with our new teammate, Dave..

After Lunch.. all of us will super busy..
Beth went to I&P and helped AnQi with some protocol..
Faiz went to Parts Prep and continue with the batch preparation..
Me went to Vial Washer and start OPN.. while teach Dave on operation of Vial Washer/Tunnel..
J.K went off at around 7pm.. when Leow came in earlier..
Took cab home.. bcos I have to wait for Team D personnal to take over.. Calling cab from 8.30pm to 9.20pm then get the cab.. Shared Cab with Darwin..

we re-formed our table as James have decided to bring his wife.. Beth also last mins though of bringing her husband.. Our table have Me, Beth (& husband), Cindy, James (& wife), Rodney, Darwin, Sam & Umah..
BoonPin & Chong moved to Adeline's table as there still have 2 spaces.. Maslina moved to join Zaridah's Table with Faiz & Saufi as there still 6 spaces.. JenniferNg moved to join LayKuan's Table as there still 7spaces..

Today accompany MaMi (together with Rony & Ryan) to AhMa house.. Reach there.. only AhMa & WeiShan @ home.. 3rd Aunt went out for hair-cut.. so boring over there.. played with my iTouch.. "Tap Tap Revenge" nice game.. played afew round.. but still dun understand some of it.. got bored.. changed game.. WeiKang reached home at around 15:30.. 

Rony play with WeiKang till crazy.. No wonder he always tell me to bring him to Great-GrandMa house and play with Uncle.. Now i know which Uncle he wanted to play with le.. That is WeiKang..
3rd Aunt reached home at around 15:55.. 3rd Aunt bought some durian.. she open for us to eat.. Yummy.. long time never eat durian le.. WeiXiang reached home at around 16:30..

Funny day.. Computer wasnt on at all.. haha.. 3rd Aunt set password to it.. bcos now is WeiXiang's O Level Exam & WeiShan's FYE.. WeiKang's SA2 is also coming soon.. 3rd Aunt wanted them to concentrate on study.. that why she set the password..

Just to inform you.. if i have to use my own money to pay for the Car-Payment on Wednesday (14/10).. i will straight away change the milk powder.. this is not threaten.. if you think this is a threaten.. too bad.. but this is the only way that i can pay the toopid payment.. You are the one that want them to change milk powder.. this is what you have pass it to me.. so i have to make this changes.. soon there will be more changes..
