today went out with Mindy and meet PeiJun @ Voiddeck as usual.. went to Mac for breakfast..

OMG.. Filling start transfer @ 02.35hr but filling havent started.. haiz.. Equipment having problem.. need to re-process the loads.. haiz.. i'm still wondering afew stuff..

1. how come the problem only notice it when it's already happened during Trial Run..
2. if they started the Trial Run immediately after Setup.. will the problem be avoided.. which we wun use too many of the times..

haiz.. different supervisor have different style of working..
example..

1. replacement for AL/MC/CCL or any others leave.. Sup A and B still ok.. not particular abt it.. but Sup C say.. Senior should call Senior to replace.. Sup D say.. Leader should call Leader to replace.. so troublesome..
2. Tunnel should start heating up & Aspectic Setup should be the same timing (reason: after aspectic setup was about to complete.. Washer can start to run and it wun waste the filling personnel time on waiting for the vials..) but Sup D say that the Filling personnel will only start the trial run after aspectic connection.. WTF.. meaning if anythings wrong.. we wun have any spare time to prepare load and it will waste lots of time..

Very very confusing..

Anyways.. today we complete the batch (filling) within 7hrs.. wow.. break the records le.. partly bcos we have only 9hrs to complete the batch..

haiz.. Genting Trip postponed.. due to compounding personnels cant make it.. haiz.. hope can find a better date.. ^^
^^ on AL tomorrow for Chalet.. Steven is my replacement.. Elizabeth will be replacing LaySiew on Sunday.. (thanks beth.. if not i dunno what to do.. with my 2 boys cos i bringing them to Chalet & mum wasnt free to look after them on sunday..)
