Today left the house with Mindy early wor.. 6.25am & meet PeiJun at VoidDeck.. Went to Mac and have breakfast..

haiz.. sad.. Anuj (Production Manager) wanted to meet all of us (Parts Prep Personnels & J.K).. all bcos of the AUTOCLAVE..

Story start like this..
Autoclave was down bcos of the pulling of the Initinal Vacuum Pulse.. usually its take 8 to 9mins to reach 70degree..but now.. its take more than 15mins to reach 70degree. so the equipment is hand over to E&M to troubleshoot the problem.. since Sunday till now.. the problem still not solve.. Top Management of E&M person say that maybe the Gasket Seal of the Unloading Door is spoilt/tear.. so wanted to change the Seal..

haiz.. the seal consists alot of particles.. and we cant just bring in the seal to Grade A/B area with the particle.. somemore its still non sterile.. so.. there is many discussion on this topic.. after final discussion.. they decided to autoclave the seal.. CASE CLOSED.. but we still need to clean the Clean Parts Unloading Area, Air-Lock, Gowning Room & Degown Room.. After Autoclave the seal.. in the Autoclave chamber have a cart.. we cant haf the cart at the area.. so E&M (YapKP) suggested Beth to run the "Door to Door" cycle..

Both Anuj & B.K wasnt happy with what we have done.. bcos once the door is passed back to Non-Sterile side.. and pass it back to Sterile side.. its mean that the Autoclave chamber wasnt sterile anymore.. (this was the case that we are called for the meeting)..

After changing the Door Seal.. the leak test still did not improve.. while YapKP was doing some adjustment.. TangSF bring the spare Vacuum Pump up and change.. WoW.. a very big project.. & after they have completes the change of the Vacuum Pump.. the leak test did a very good improvement.. spended whole day to do this Autoclave..
