Happy Birthday Wei Kang (My Cousin)

today reach company.. there is a long queue of taxis infront of the Guard House.. all coming for Overtime.. even Security also need to come for Overtime.. bcos of the temperature taking.. OMG.. dunno is the thermometer spoil or we all got problem.. all our temperature range 35 to 36.8..

Me & Steven went in to Grade A/B.. Unload Compounding Load from Autoclave.. Unload Tray Washer & run leak-test.. while leak-test was in-process.. Me & Steven went to Unload Stopper Hopper & Vibrating Chute.. both of us went back to Tray Washer & load in another carousel for another load.. after finish our task.. both of us went to BioKlubb for morning meeting.. =.= .. Umah & Feryn didnt come out for meeting.. but lucky we know what are we going to run for today while Supervisor ask what is the activities for Parts Prep today.. usually all this was answer by the seniors..

after morning meeting.. me, Steven & Faiz went back to Parts Prep.. Steven asked Umah to give us a Quick Breakfast since we didnt have our breakfast in the morning.. Faiz followed us.. After our breakfast.. and start prepare all the stuffs for Filling Stoppering Load & Filling Gloves Load whick Filling Personnels need for tml Aspectic Setup.. Me & Steven was doing both the loads while Faiz & Valen was doing the Tray Frame.. before lunch.. i went to Grade A/B again to unload a valve from Autoclave.. while waiting for the process to complete.. i helped the 2nd Shift to unload the carousel that they havent unload ytd.. after complete..the carousel that we loaded in this morning.. and load in another carousel.. and went for lunch,,

during lunch.. i got my free thermometer.. thermometer was only given to staffs that join after 2003.. those who join before 2003 got the thermometer during the SARS period.. after lunch.. all of us continue our task of preparing the loads.. around 1.30pm.. Albert & Richardo came in.. both of them was in 2nd Shift this week.. they came in and help.. and we managed to complete whatever tasks that was given to us.. ^^

got somethings that are veri unfair to me, joyce and zaridah.. dunno what they thinking.. how come the 3 of them that transfer to remicade still can do overtime for central lab and morning 7am but we 3 cant.. all of us are transfer from the same place and all of us are trained.. but only the 3 of them can do but we 3 can.. the management is veri unfair to us..

last time training cannot do overtime but this time they can use overtime to do training.. the management is veri unfair to us again..

THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY UNFAIR AND BIAS..
