today as usual.. when to mac and have breakfast.. sit down there till 6.50am den walk to pick-up point and wait for transport.. OMG.. transport was late again.. haiz.. but lucky i had my breakfast.. during the ride to company.. chatting with WeiQiang about the shift that we are starting soon.. 0.O Compounding so good.. planned everything.. Parts Prep dont have.. haiz..today we dun have morning meeting bcos Anuj (PM) & Thiru (OQM) is going to have a meeting with Production and Engineering Personnal.. after meeting with the 2 manager.. have a protocol training about the 3 back-to-back placebo batches that we are running when the shift start.. after training.. Parts Prep & Filling personnal stay back and discuss about Tunnel RQ.. this time the RQ is veri mafan.. bcos they wanna recycle the vial.. which give us lots of stuff to do.. during the discussion.. they suggest Team B & D to stay OT for this RQ... BUT there is only 2 from Team B/D.. which is Me & Ihsan.. both of us rejected bcos Ihsan is going to celebrate his bdae & I have to help Mindy by going to her school for the streaming talk & collect report book..no choice but Albert & Umah (both from Team A) stay for RQ on friday.. After every meeting, training & discussion.. all of us went up to production area.. Albert & I go Parts Prep together with the trainees (Norimah, LaySiew & Liyana).. Steven went to Lift Lobby and collect the vials for RQ while Zaridah went in to Grade A/B to open and close the door so Albert can start Leak Test.. After Zaridah finish.. she went to Vial Washer with Steven and do CNS2.. Albert concentrate on AutoClave & FIT testing of cleaning filter.. As for me.. i have to train the trainee on 3 SOPs.. and continue on CNS2.. after finish CNS2.. all of us went down for Makan Session.. NICE FOOD from FOUR SEASONS.. i join the compunding team ^^.. enjoy my food with them..

past few days.. nth much to do.. ^^today need to reach company at 2.45pm by cab.. for Batch Sheet Awareness Session from 3pm to 4pm.. ^^ this also counted as OT..after the Batch Sheet Awareness session.. pass down from Elizabeth.. tml will be a busy day bcos of Tunnel RQ.. haiz.. hope dun nid to OT.. cos need to go and help my sis (Mindy) to collect Report Book for the SA1 result..after passdown, me and monica went to Parts Prep and do the filter testing and Cleaning hose while Steven and Ihsan went to 2178 and surf web on KFC for our dinner tonight.. which we have already planned this last 2 week.. and today is our last 2nd shift before we start 12hrs shift.. after finish everything at around 6.55pm.. went to canteen and wait for dinner.. ^^ after dinner.. everyone just waiting for go home.. ^^ bcos management request us to go back at 9pm but the transport only reach JE..

hmm.. ytd nth much.. accompany Rony & Ryan while MaMi went to Flea Market and open her stall..this week working 2nd shift.. but thursday only half-day.. but still dunno what time does the management wanna release us..reach company.. went for meeting with Manager (Anuj), Supervisors (Leow, O'man & Harish), Umah, Elizabeth, Steven, Monica & Myself.. abt the incident on Friday (22 May 09)..after meeting.. went to I&P hall and doing some packing for Shipping Study.. nth much today.. ^^

Happy Birthday Shi Jie^^ today woke up quite late.. maybe ytd drop too many tear.. jkjk.. ^^woke up saw Monica SMS.. o.O she asked me whether wanna go for interview tml.. ^^ i dun mind.. so i go to the website and check about recruitment.. ^^ but Monica give me wrong info =.= interview should be next saturday (30May).. smsed her and inform her.. so she dun waste her trip to the interview tml.. ^^afternoon accompany MaMi go LotOne to buy milk powder, rice & other stuffs with Rony while Ryan was slping.. Ice, Joanne & her BF help to look after Ryan and make milk for him if he wake up.. when we reach home.. Ryan rush to the door and wanna leave the house.. =.= bcos he afew nv go out liao..evening around 7.. me, Rony & Mindy went to Sunshine Place and have our hair cut.. after our hair cut.. went to look for wardrobe.. ^^ saw a wardrobe which is within my budget somemore got 20% discount.. ^^ bought the wardrobe (a simple 2-door wardrobe).. when we SAM bookstore.. bought our stuff and went to 24hrs NTUC to buy Pre-paid SIM card.. & went home..

Today suppose to be capping day.. so there will be I&P.. my name was in the I&P list but they didnt ask me to go.. so i follow Steven & Monica to Parts Prep & do post cleaning activities after Media Fill.. No one pass down any message on what we should do.. FUCK the people in Parts Prep except Steven & Monica.. what are they.. also just a normal worker wat.. heck care them.. what they do the whole day.. they only know how to give command and hide.. everytimes we (me, Steven & Monica) are the one doing all the dirty job..what i hate most is.. the supervisors & that idiot bird say.. without any senior we cant work on our own right.. FUCK her.. didnt us do the post cleaning on our own without instruction..without senior.. we cant do our own planning.. FUCK her.. did they train us on how to plan? they only train Feryn & Ihsan what..cant we arrange the stuffs on which is the pirority.. FUCK la.. they everything also nv inform us.. how we know what is going on for the day.. the supervisor are too toopig.. everyone in remicade know what is happening but they say.. u nv say.. we wun know anything.. their eyes are blind.. their ears are deaf.. they wan to lies.. let them be.. in chinese say "天知地知 god will punish them.. to receive the retribution on what they have done."

today went to work alone.. Mindy nv go school.. haiz.. reach CCK Mac at around 6.32am.. still early so i have my breakfast there instead of bringing it to company..today no morning meeting.. but everyone still gather at BioKlubb.. around 9am.. i went to filling change room and gowning for Media Fill to qualify for Stage 2.. ^^ Cindy very good to me ^^ give me the most easy intervention.. after intervention.. went to Lyo Loading and waited for 15mins and went off.. after i de-gown.. went to Vial Washer and takeover Steven while he went for toilet break.. around 2/3 finish.. Steven came back and teach me what to do.. this is my 1st time doing Media Fill for Vial Washer.. and went for early lunch.. today bought lunch from home.. MaMi prepare for me de.. last night leftover.. ^^ nice food..after lunch.. went back to Vial Washer with Steven and Monica.. for Media Fill 3/3.. need to guide Monica on what we need to do.. but ending of 3/3.. Monica and Steven was told to go to Parts Prep and do some Spor-Klenz.. haiz.. left me alone.. i dunno wat to do.. so i just stop the operation, off heating for the tunnel and start draining of the washer tank.. the rest left it to 2nd shift and do.. i dunno wat to do..after work.. while waiting for company transport.. Saufi ask WeiQiang for the ride to CCK.. WeiQiang asked me along.. ^^ Thanks Saufi.. for alighting me and my place instead of CCK MRT Station.. Thanks Saufi alots..

ytd went back to JE at around 8.45pm.. toopig.. reach home.. no electricity.. smsed Dear and inform him about it.. h called and tell me to troubleshoot in case of trip.. end up.. found a letter on the floor saying that.. they have dis-connect the electricity.. they will only re-connect back the electricity 24hrs later when we paid the bills ($551.68).. so much.. how to pay.. need wait for pay day.. haiz.. that gone my pay again..
Dear also told me ytd that he planned to rent out the whole flat while i move back to CCK and he go rent a room @ the east..
today wake up at 5.30am.. Ryan wake up so early.. asked him to slp.. he keep kana distracted.. dunno wat happen.. i went to work with Mindy bcos PaPa went off to work at 4am.. too early to drive Mindy to school..
today was quite a slacking day.. i helped Umah with the inventory stock check for 2nd Set the whole day.. bcos soon we are running back-to-back.. sure need to use 2nd set..
wented back to JE.. actually wanna pack some of my clothings.. but end up fall aslp without fan.. the weather is so hot.. end up sweat all over.. took a bath and went to CCK..

today wake up at 8am.. bring both boys to CCK Polyclinic for their appointment.. haiz.. so mafan.. need to Q-up for temperature.. den Q-up to fill up declaration form.. den Q-up to scan our NRIC/BC.. den Q-up for Numbers..but lucky.. we have an appointment.. so we didnt waited long.. today so suay.. both room that we went in is malay nurse.. MaMi dunno how to speak english.. so we told the nurse to wait as we go in 1 room by 1 room.. we go for Ryan injection 1st den follow by Rony Grow Checkup..after everything.. we went to Teck Whye Market and have our breakfast/lunch..

Went to Sunshine Place and bought some bread for breakfast/lunch.. OMG.. i was late.. reach company at 11.31am.. =.= but all havent reach.. i mean my shift (Ihsan, Monica & Steven).. so i sit at canteen & have my meal until 12 den we go up and takeover..=.= planned to leave company at 5pm but end up going back at 6pm.. haiz.. today after work (12.30am).. i took Choa Chu Kang transport back to MaMi place.. so morning can straight away bring boys home when Dear come fetch us.. Dear come and fetch us at 8am+.. both the boys still slping.. need to wake them up.. Rony doesnt wanna go home with us.. end up also follow us..Reach home.. OMG.. the boys super noisy.. Ryan wanna slp but Rony keep wake him up by playing with him.. Rony even keep bring Ryan in to the bedroom and disturb Dear.. Dear was slping.. Around 7pm+.. bring both boys to Jurong East MAC.. den bring them back to MaMi place bcos tml got work @ 11.30 but i scare i wake up late.. not enough time to bring them back to MaMi place & i stay overnight there..

Today was quite a slacking day ^^.. but sometime happen in the morning shift.. Autoclave kana master reset.. so need to re-run some tests to ensure everything back to normal.. Ihsan and Steven was doing the Autoclave while me and Monica do some tubing cutting to prepare for the media fill batch next week..
after dinner.. came back and do some admin stuffs (like labelling the LUMAC Logbook & SOP files).. den both me and Monica go to Vial Washer & change the Tunnel Temperature Setting back to 345°C while Steven went to Grade A/B to open & close the door of Autoclave for the empty chamber cycle for the testing.. =.= Monica told Ihsan that she know how to change back the Tunnel Temperature Setting back so Ihsan ask her to teach me.. but end up.. she dunno.. lucky Ihsan came and check.. & teach us on how to change the Tunnel Temperature Setting.. After complete the setting.. both of us went back to Parts Prep and prepare Parts Washer Load 2 while Steven run the Parts Washer for Mas Lid.. After Mas Lid cycle completed, we went in and wrap the Mas Lid and prepare Parts Washer Load 1..

IPC (Manual Spot) found a printing defect.. all 1st third need to do re-inspection.. good news is 12hrs shift postponed again.. haiz.. but at least Parts Prep manage to fight for the Cleanroom (Grade A/B) allowance.. ^^hope tml can slack bah.. but so many RQ tml.. Autoclave, Tunnel & Capping.. haiz..

Today.. i working 2nd shift.. woke up quite late.. do some ironing of clothes.. left the house at around 2.30pm bcos still need to hunt for food (dinner).. I was surprise when Monica ask me is Faiz on afternoon shift this week as she saw him at MRT..Though today should be a slacking day bcos nth much to do for Parts Prep today except for Autoclave RQ.. forgotten that today is also capping + I&P day.. sianz.. was told to go to I&P and help out.. and we manage to finish inspection of 2/3 by 8pm ^^ haiz.. today dinner so late.. usually we have our dinner at 7pm.. but it's ok.. bcos we slack till 10.30pm den start work again.. haha.. nth much to do.. just unload and load in another load for tray washer.. after that.. slack till go home time..today will be a slacking day again.. ^^

I went to Grade A/B and doing Autoclave unloading and Tray Washer loading.. After finish Grade A/B stuffs.. I was told to go to Vial Washer as Filling Personnel told Ishan that they need to vial to be in by 9am.. I finish loading all the vials to Vial Washer.. but the Filling Personnel still not in =.= & they have not done their aspectic setup & connection.. called Ishan and told him about the case and went back to Parts Prep and help the wrapping of Filling Stoppering Load that needed for Autoclave RQ (Re-Qualification)..

today was a busy day.. but for me.. quite slpy..reach company at 5.45am.. was told to reach at 6am.. when i reach.. only saw Thomas and James.. the rest still not yet reach.. sit at canteen chit chat abit.. den know that Filling Personnel only come in at 6.30am.. =.= (Parts Prep come in so early for?) haiz.. Umah forget to inform Faiz to come in at 6am.. so Parts Prep only me, Umah & Feryn.. Steven & Monica was on MC so we didnt ask them to come in at 6am.. we separated into 2 team.. I am supposed to be stationed at Vial Washer with Faiz.. but Faiz was on MC.. so Umah came in and helped me with the check by stuffs.. after the things was done.. Umah went to Parts Prep with Feryn.. Sam came in to Vial Washer bcos he wanted to know the alarms.. Valan came in a few mins after he finish reading the SOPs.. he was being requested and never come in again.. Sam went off during transfering bcos he need to sign check by before the compounding guys can start the transfering.. around 11am.. sam came in to take over me for lunch.. bcos we are short of manpower.. and the rest that know about Vial Washer was all in Filling Room.. =.= Filling still not yet started after i was back for lunch.. so many problems today.. wondering what time are they going to stay till?? they still managed to start at around 3pm.. when albert (2nd shift) came in and take over me.. they have only run 3k of vials.. still got 2.6k more vial to go..haiz.. so sad.. long weekend gone again.. all areas are told to come back for all 3 days.. (friday, saturday & sunday).. why do we need to come back?? Filling and Compounding are told to come back for more training as the group 2 still need more training.. and 3rd Placebo batch is their 1st hand-on.. Parts Prep come back to do preparations of parts for Compounding and Filling Personnels which they need to use for training..Today, went to celebrate Mindy Birthday @ LotOne PizzaHut.. they told me to meet them at 6pm at LotOne.. but end up.. everyone was late for almost 45mins.. I told Mindy that if they still dun reach by 7pm.. i'm going back home.. i'm so tired that keep falling aslp..

today morning.. raining so heavily that almost all the company transport was late.. even our morning meeting also delay abit..T.T today both Steven & Monica didnt come.. dunno what happen.. After morning meeting.. i went straight to Grade A/B and unload Filling Gloves Load from Autoclave & Lyo Tray Frames from DHO.. after finishing unloading.. i went to BioKlubb and have a sip of water before going to Parts Prep.. Saw Faiz was doing counting of Vials.. i go over and help him with it bcos he have no calculator with him.. helped him to double check the vials.. i went back to Parts Prep and help out.. nth much to do.. just prepare Parts Washer Load 9 (Lyo Cleaning Load).. after finish preparing.. i went to help Faiz and Valen with the Spor-Klenz of the Grade A/B 4-Tier Trolley.. Spor-Klenz half way.. everyone was hungry and we went for lunch..After lunch.. I went back to Parts Prep but no one came in.. T.T .. only me alone.. help Filling Personnel to Spor-Klenz & IPA their stuffs that they need for EM.. after that.. i went to continue the trolley.. back abit sianz.. go i went to change room and rest awhile.. OMG.. i fall aslp.. but lucky.. only Feryn saw me.. maybe bcos ytd night nv slp well.. around 1.30pm Feryn told me that we can start Pars Washer bcos Micro Personnel is coming to do the water sampling tml morning.. den all start coming in.. help Faiz to prepare cleaning kit.. he was told to do CNS2 for Vial Washer since Vial Washer has just return back to us from E&M personnel after maintenance.. after everything (Spor-Klenz / WFI / IPA) was done.. we did some wrapping for Load 9 but we didnt manage to complete bcos we only start wrapping at 15.57pm.. Tml got to reach Company by 6am.. Filling Day.. a very busy day for everyone..

Happy Birthday Wei Kang (My Cousin)today reach company.. there is a long queue of taxis infront of the Guard House.. all coming for Overtime.. even Security also need to come for Overtime.. bcos of the temperature taking.. OMG.. dunno is the thermometer spoil or we all got problem.. all our temperature range 35 to 36.8..Me & Steven went in to Grade A/B.. Unload Compounding Load from Autoclave.. Unload Tray Washer & run leak-test.. while leak-test was in-process.. Me & Steven went to Unload Stopper Hopper & Vibrating Chute.. both of us went back to Tray Washer & load in another carousel for another load.. after finish our task.. both of us went to BioKlubb for morning meeting.. =.= .. Umah & Feryn didnt come out for meeting.. but lucky we know what are we going to run for today while Supervisor ask what is the activities for Parts Prep today.. usually all this was answer by the seniors..after morning meeting.. me, Steven & Faiz went back to Parts Prep.. Steven asked Umah to give us a Quick Breakfast since we didnt have our breakfast in the morning.. Faiz followed us.. After our breakfast.. and start prepare all the stuffs for Filling Stoppering Load & Filling Gloves Load whick Filling Personnels need for tml Aspectic Setup.. Me & Steven was doing both the loads while Faiz & Valen was doing the Tray Frame.. before lunch.. i went to Grade A/B again to unload a valve from Autoclave.. while waiting for the process to complete.. i helped the 2nd Shift to unload the carousel that they havent unload ytd.. after complete..the carousel that we loaded in this morning.. and load in another carousel.. and went for lunch,,during lunch.. i got my free thermometer.. thermometer was only given to staffs that join after 2003.. those who join before 2003 got the thermometer during the SARS period.. after lunch.. all of us continue our task of preparing the loads.. around 1.30pm.. Albert & Richardo came in.. both of them was in 2nd Shift this week.. they came in and help.. and we managed to complete whatever tasks that was given to us.. ^^got somethings that are veri unfair to me, joyce and zaridah.. dunno what they thinking.. how come the 3 of them that transfer to remicade still can do overtime for central lab and morning 7am but we 3 cant.. all of us are transfer from the same place and all of us are trained.. but only the 3 of them can do but we 3 can.. the management is veri unfair to us..last time training cannot do overtime but this time they can use overtime to do training.. the management is veri unfair to us again.. THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY UNFAIR AND BIAS..

Reach BioKlubb at 08.10am.. heng.. still early.. today Lay Kuan, Norimah & Lay Siew join Remicade team.. They was transfered from Redipen I&P.. Valen also joined us in Parts Prep for the moment until he Re-Qualified for Gowning.. Today Parts Prep only got 4 personnel..
(Me, Steven, Feryn & Umah.. not including Valen).. Monica & Faiz on MC.. (so many ppls on MC..) Today was the last CNS2.. ^^.. I was not involved in CNS2.. Steven went to Grade A/B (Tray Washer) to do Equipment Cleaning.. while i was doing Equipment Cleaning for Part Washer, AutoClave & DHO.. After Steven finish his task, he & Valen went to Vial Washer for CNS2.. while i was doing FIT testing for Millipak 100.. today abit busy.. i was asked to stay in Parts Prep while the Miroc Personnel was doing EM.. OMG.. i injured myself.. dunno what i have knock on.. so pain.. haiz.. got meeting again.. rush finish all my task & went for meeting..after work.. went to Jurong Point POSBank.. to change my Bank Passbook.. after that.. i took bus 187 to BBDC.. to enrol for driving.. during the bus trip.. i was still thinking either to take Manual or Auto.. haiz.. i have no interest in Manual.. but end up.. i still took Pirate Manual Class 3 (P3)..took Bus 188 back home.. just reach home not long.. received call from Elizabeth.. was asked to come back tml for Overtime at 6.30am.. ok.. cant post anymore.. got to rest early.. got to reach company at 06.30am.. buais..

2day pay..
autoclave having alarm which abort the cycle..
was told to unload and spor-klenz the items..
after unload..
senior came and say..
they know how to door to door xfer..
dun nid to unload..
walao.. waste time..
need to spor-klenz the item (cleaning kits) for filling personnels..
continue preparing cleaning kits for Vial Washer & Grade A/B changeroom..
IPA the cleaning kits for filling personnels before sending it to Grade A/B airlock..
prepare cleaning kits for Parts Prep..
and start our CNS 2 cleaning..
After finish.. i was doing some paperwork & filing..
too many paperwork left over since 01May09..
after finish.. left 30mins to 5hrs.. went to canteen and chat chit..
around 11.45am.. went to guard house and collect taxi-voucher..
security (yani) ask me whether did i on-call any cab..
bcos.. someone call extra cab..
so i took the extra cab to CCK..
to look after the boys while Mami is busy with her flea market business..
